| 1. Why can't I convert some movie type listed in the feature list? |
| The movie decoder is based on DirectX video codec, so we suggest you install ffdshow codec package(it's free and you can find it by google) and used it for your default video codecs before splitting (Enabled the video codec in the ffdshow configuration dialog). |
| 2. What's the restriction of the
trial version |
| There is a watermark appeared in the splitted video. The watermark will be removed after registration. |
| 3. Does this software support DivX(MPEG-4)
file? |
| DivX is AVI file encoded in DivX codec, the software
will support DivX automatically after you install the video codec. |

with MPEG-2 video, such SVCD and DVD? |
| Yes, mpeg2 are supported from version 7.0. |
| 5. Why the video dimension can't
be specified when split to WMV/ASF files |
| WMV/ASF format are specified by the Profile,
only version before 7.3 need system predefined profile to process WMV/ASF video, version 7.3 has an upgrade engine that doesn't have such problem; |

if the software don't function properly? |
